I just finished Sterling's newborn session! This is one of my all time favorite photos.
Sterling wins the award for the best newborn to visit me! He slept through his entire session without even needing to stop to eat. He wiggled once or twice but was easily settled back down! You guys- this NEVER happens! It is usually a given that baby will need to stop to eat half way through the session. Sterling decided he would rather get this over with quicker. He finished his session in less than 2 hours. Let me tell you that I think this was my favorite newborn session to date.
His mom stated that his dad was really into cars. I took this assignment seriously and went digging through my kids' toy boxes for these toy cars. I am in love with the outcome. How precious is this?!
Of course, little man settled in beautifully to the bucket pose. He didn't even stir with this one and we were able to move on quickly to the next set.
We were then able to whip through the curly bed poses like it was his job. (It kinda was)
I thought I would end the session by wrapping him up. Most babies NEED to be wrapped up at this point in order to settle them and allow us to finish up. Sterling didn't need it, but he sure did love it. Check out that smile!
Did I say I was finishing up the session? Oops. He was doing SO well that I had to keep going with a few extras.
